You don't actually need to kill for it. You just have to enjoy your life, wherever you are. You don't need pastel sky or anything else you wrote in order to be happy. Simply start focusing on your breath: enjoy breating in deeply, enjoy breathing out with your belly. Be mindful of your breath. It's something you do "all the time". Then slowly start enjoying whatever else you're doing. Eventually, you can get to the same spot this girl got to make this short. But if you are consistent with your practice, by the time you get there, you already know it is not about the beach nor about recording yourself, or about anything else in particular really. You just enjoy living and that is it. Enjoyment in itself is not about escaping or finding meaning. Enjoying is just that - enjoying. Nothing more, nothing else. Happy mindful living and enjoying every bit of life! 💛

I remember when i had went to the beach with my parents and auntie at this time i was around 10 years old, my parents had told me that they were going to go deeper in the water. Fast forward a bit they were gone for over 30 minutes, they ended up drifting off to the zone where sharks usually reside they where luckily saved by a stranger in a boat but at that time they only saved my dad and my mom who was pregnant at the time was still in the water. All went well and my mother was picked up and they came back to the shore

I went to Florida for vacation w/ my cousins and I think it was Tampa Beach and the water was so pretty and clear, nothing beats Southern beaches -coming from someone who lives in the south lol
I'm a native Floridian who still lives in the state. In my 20s, this was my life. We'd keep towels, our board, and a suit in our cars just in case we had the opportunity for a good surf day. Best surfing was during or around hurricanes. But, you know how it is, you grow up, get a job, and no longer live super close to the beach, so it doesn't happen as often. But I still make it as much as I can. So yes, this is very much a normal thing for us. Water is part of the culture for Floridians. I was put on a board in the water before I could walk.
