I have heard many teachings of Geshe Lhakdor, but the first 15 minutes of this one surprised me today. This is a brief summary of all the things we need to know about happyness. After these words everyone has to ask oneself: do you want to be happy in your life, or do you want only sensual pleasures?
Change your feelings w positive mind, your own world will be easier. The higher tunning, the lower vibrations will not match your time space reality. The world will always have negative contrasts. We use contrasts to pivot and create harmony and manifest peace. Change you the world is ever-changing.
