- The best days are exhaust install days! Today we install the Tomei Extreme Ti Catback on my World Rally Blue 2015 Subaru WRX STi! Oh, man, does it make a difference.. the titanium gives it such a deep sound with a much louder turbo whistle. Stainless steel on the Invidia N1 really soaks a lot of the good sounds up. This catback is the best I've heard yet on these cars. Highlight recommened.. Tomei Dahh

I have watched this video 15 times over and it never gets old listening to that sound.
For anyone worried about noise: Get a valvetronic valve open/closer. Theyre really nice when near cops, neighbourhoods or need a casual drive for once.

Just sold this exact exhaust to a buddy of mine that has an STi, i had it on my 2016 WRX with cattless J pipe finally got stung last month, i got 2 exhaust tickets..... it is the BEST sounding exhaust out there tho, he sent me a video later and said HE LOVE it.

I had planned to swap to Tomei until I actually hear somebody drove by with it.
It is really loud especially the neighbours would hate it so much.
In the end I went for the Invidia 300.
Good choice! I went with the nameless axle back with 4" double wall tips and 4" mufflers.

Question for for you. Do you still have the tomei on your car? Have you had any issues with welds cracking? Apparently Tomei Japan no longer support or distant themselves Tomei USA due to Tomei USA making inferior products which lead to cracks in the welds. Can you make a review video of ownership of the tomei since install addressing any issues or fixes you did to it? There are currently no user reviews on youtube reviewing ownership after a couple years.

What that guy said ^ also buying after someone leases should be fine too, you just don't want a car that someone wore out with aggressive mods then sold the mods when they sold the car. All the wear, none of the fun.
@@devjk1 i got mine with 4 miles on it last year. Have some paint chips on front bumper but im keeping it stock for the next owner in 2022. And oil changes every 3k. So i hope the next guy enjoys it
@@dnawrapsatl I bought mine this year with 9 miles on it, and I'm just limiting myself to no power or serious suspension mods. So the basic things like shifter work and brakes are the only things I'm modding. It's been my 4th car I've owned and by far my favorite, with my 08 Civic si coming in second.
@@devjk1 was it a big change coming to a wrx from the si? I bet you could slam gears for dayz in that honda. But i cant in my wrx. Idk just not as smooth as a honda tranny and clutch...
