They're both great papers! My personal recommendations are Neenah Jet Pro Soft Stretch for light shirts and Paropy Inkjet Dark Pro for dark shirts. If you want to try different styles of paper from each brand, I'd recommend getting the sample pack - heat.press/inkjetsample

Good: Inkjet/Laser Heat Transfer Paper
Better: Heat Transfer Vinyl
Best: White Toner Direct To Film

For dri fit material, we would recommend sublimation or a different method as the fabrics on this type of apparel have a high stretch to them.
