Single mom of a 6 y/o ... I will be following you all for some Godly advice! This is what I've been searching for with all the chaos and confusion out there - I want my boy strong and confident in God and who he is!

Great advice! ❤I have 4 boys as well. However, there are significant gaps between their ages, so open talk at the table would not work for us. Have an adult child, teenager, preteen, and one in kidergarden.😅

Yes! Thank you for having this discussion! I wish I had been told more about all of this from my parents growing up. I agree that sleeping over at somebody’s house. Can put your kids in danger. I for one saw my first inappropriate picture when I was in kindergarten! And that was only by going to a friends house briefly. But my parents didn’t go into that house first so they had no idea. But I’ve got to say, it messed me up and sent me on, a bad course from that time on.

Give your kids tools. Good advice. Also good advice, is a way out. Not having a sleepover house can be a great shield.

I dont do sleepovers. When you think of the transference of unclean spirits. No thank you. pray over your kids daily.

At 0:20. You told your boys not to masturbate? I wonder if there was guilt and shame during their teen and single years as adults. They do masturbate during those years like it or not. Those are biological urges for men and women during those years. And does any guilt or shame carry over into marriage with sexual dysfunction? However I think talking to them about online porn is essential. It gives a wrong impression on what real sex with their future wife will be like. Plus there are addiction issues that will affect the relationship with the future wife.

How open do you discuss boy stuff when there is a little sister in the house?

I’m not a parent (at least not yet), but I’d frankly be concerned about letting my kid spend the night somewhere else with all of the loaded guns in ppl’s homes now. Exposure to pornography can be redeemed and undone, at least in large part, but I’d be most concerned - in this day and age - about my kiddo coming home alive and well. 🙂 Appreciate your thoughts on these sensitive topics, ladies!

You'd be amazed that exposure to pornography can be as damning as physical death. An open spiritual gate to demonic control can kill the spiritual and physical body.

Stand your ground moms! As a victim of sexual abuse as a child and teenager..you are making the right choice.
