I checked out the website you mentioned and enjoyed watching your video. Have you considered using Nvidia's deep learning tools (SDK found on their website) to assist this process. Right now it seems that there is no commercial use application, hardware use or web based, that utilizes their tools. I am researching that right now and I believe that you may be limited with the Nvidia path by the RTX graphics card requirement but if there was a way to offload this to an RTX powered server this concept may still remain valid. If someone help in improving video quality inside browser using upscale.js and web assembly based ffmpeg. Or may be something directly using tenserflow.js or some kind of webassembly to improve video or supper resolution.
