How To FIX/Repair A Corrupted USB Flash Drive or SD Card
Sometimes a wonderfully smart USB drive will become corrupt owing to invalid information within the Master Boot Record (MBR) or Partition Boot Record (PBR) or directory structure on the USB drive itself. Once this went on, and you then insert the USB drive into a USB port of your Windows laptop, Windows or a utility like RMPrepUSB might become unresponsive once accessing that device. It is not recommended to save your important files on repaired USB, they can get damaged again and you might lose your file. Just get a new one dont ever trust crashed USB/HDD.

If there are one more partitions on the flash drive and you wish to delete some of them, now type list partition and hit enter. There should list all the partitions, numbered as 0, 1, 2...
Step 2. Type select partition 0 and hit enter.
Step 3. Type delete partition and hit enter.
Step 4. Repeat step 1 and step 2, 3 to delete partition any other partition
Step 4. After deleting all the target partitions, type create partition primary, and hit enter.
