So I was like let me register my grand-ma for online banking/ internet banking so that she does have to deal with these people. But error kept happening on the web site. Called customer services for help and I was directed to go to the branch. The branch manager said she can't register for online banking because of her age. What does age have to do with online banking? Nowhere in the bank's rulers states that at a certain age u can't register for online banking.
Ma let guys feel in the rest blank..... age has nothing to do with it.....

Since it's difficult to reach high management, please we people are asking for better. During this week, at one of the locations in Uganda at Kabagala, the bank teller tried to scum my grandmother asking her pay to three times the price of a debit card after she said no. He said that they no longer carry it in Ug. She asked to speak to the manager, the ended up misleading her to the wrong person pretending. After waiting patiently another elderly was able to advocate for her and demanded to speak to the manager. lastly, she was able to get the debit card. It's one thing to meet a thief working at the bank and still, the manager did nothing about the instant that happened.
So what about those who can't speak for themselves.
