Discovering this guy was completely different, his content is so fun to watch and it's really entertaining, I subbed immediately and also gained confidence to plat some games. Can't wait to see more videos like these my guy!
You are an ABSOLUTE legend for bearing to get all these trophies. Props to you. There should be more people like you out there. 110 trophies is BEYOND insanity.
I’ve been playing this game since it came out and I’ve lost count on how many times I’ve beaten it. I’ve completed all save slots with 240% and 3 starred every challenge and rank top 200 on Iceberg Lounge combat challenge. It’s fun to watch others try and get the platinum on this game. The biggest issue I see with everyone trying to get this platinum are the trophies gained by combat mastery. The biggest mistake I see is no one utilizes Batman’s moves. Use the disarm move to destroy shields, electric sticks, firearms, etc. Instead of trying a takedown on militia brutes which requires you to do it twice use his batclaw move instead when you reach gold freeflow, its a one hit takedown. Try and learn the blade dodge takedown it’s probably his hardest move to learn because you have to follow a pattern when the attacker swings but after a while it’ll just become muscle memory to you. When you’re facing massive hordes of enemies like the ones on Iceberg Lounge these moves are essential to make sure there’s no one that has a means where you can’t hit them because they’re electrified or have a shield or stun batons, etc. Like in this video I’ve seen this man get overrun repeatedly because he does the classic counter hit counter hit on every enemy when eventually all these enemies have weapons and tools to where he couldn’t do that anymore. Edit: A real quick tip if you are trying to get the requiem for a killer trophy is do NOT do takedowns until you get to the killer croc phase, if you do brutes will start spawning and make it much harder to keep your combo.
Yeah exactly! I was looking for a coment like this. He didn't use batman move to destroy the shield, the knife whatever. Why? Is the best move. I think you don't have that move with the other characters(or it was only in Arkham city) but with Batman should be better
Yeah I was thinking the same thing! I *JUST* got these achievements myself, and doing everything with Batman makes it a cakewalk. Stun batons? Disarm & Destroy. Guns? Disarm & Destroy. Shields? Disarm and Destroy. The biggest issue is that no one but Batman and Azrael have Disarm & Destroy. Everyone else has extremely limited gadgets and movesets. Robin, Catwoman, and Nightwing have no way to handle shields short of the normal "stun and aerial attack," Nightwing doesn't even have a good crowd control move. Robin and Catwoman have a special that trips everyone around them, causing them to drop their weapons, but Nightwing just throws his little sticks around. Eventually, though, you learn some quirks of the game that help. An aerial attack on shields (and only shields) actually gives you I-Frames. Similarly, the Batclaw slam gives you I-Frames as well. So when medics electrify someone, you can use the batclaw slam on them and use them as a sort of instant teleport. The biggest problem I had was the wonky targeting. It seemed like my character would always prioritize punching a shield or a stun baton if I seemed to be doing well. So I ended up building up enough combo to instant-takedown the brutes, then just somersault over other enemies until I could specifically target one out by his lonesome, punch him once, and repeat until I had instant takedown again. It was so tedious and still error prone, but it was more consistent than anything else I tried.
Truee. I haven't finished the DLC trophies because I platinumed the game before they all came out. Using the shield break is super useful. And shock brutes, using the REC gun. The timing is weird for the sword/knife brutes as they move faster than normal knife enemies but once you learn, it becomes easier.... Arkham city I got away with stun-beatdown basically everything, but this game really makes you utilize all of batmans moves
I've been watching you for a week and you have quickly become one of my favorite content creators on the platform! And now you're doing one of my favorite games ever? It feels like christmas!
@@Lamborghiny100 yeah I know the trophies aren’t that hard but they do take time, but knowing me I can’t leave the dlc trophies undone I need to have that 100% on the game

@@YouScareMe1 It's not about easiness, it's just that going through the whole thing again is a pain in the ass. Thank god riddler's trophies didn't need to be collected twice.
If you think this is painful then city is even harder lol it has 400 riddler trophies and some ridiculously hard challenge maps where you need to get all the tokens on all characters and even as a veteran Arkham player I can safely say I think some of them are straight up insane especially the cat woman ones

If you think about it, the way 100% required all the riddler trophies was comparable to Crash 4 requiring perfect and platinum relics was 100%. I found the riddler trophies tedious.
I'm so glad I found this channel on my recommended list. I was a huge fan of the other channels and Nick never disappoints! Thanks for the great content Nick !
You should really use more of the super combo gadgets and disarm and destroy would've made it easier. The super combo grapple and battering are really good
As somebody who got platinum for this game but on Xbox, I can definitely say The Curtain Falls and Reqium For A Killer are the hardest achievements in the game. It's unbearabley difficult. Props to you for being able to get this done, man!
The curtain falls really ain't that bad tbh but I did beat the maps ass backwards I tackled the hardest challenge off rip which is obviously requiem for a killer 😭
@@cjblackcuh curtain falls has the lowest unlock rate on xbox for a reason, 0.06%, and reqium for a killer is 0.07%. RFAK is overall easier imo cause all you have to do is reach 1M points, you don't have to restart if you get hit, AND you only have to do it once. With TCF, you have to restart if you get hit which sets you back to round 1/4, and you have to do it 4 different times, all without getting hit
@@intr0verts0324oh I didn't know that on Xbox I was on PlayStation but to me Requiem for a killer was the hardest yes it's true you don't need to restart it to get the points but in my particular case every time I messed up I just restarted so I guess I made a bit harder on myself and I just perfected the map 😭oh man the pain
@@intr0verts0324 also for me the curtain falls was easier because I tackled the iceberg lounge first and yes while it is true that you have to restart all the way to the first round you can just speed run around 1 through 3 on Requiem for a killer if you mess up most of the time you kind of have to do a hard restart unless you're specifically at the point to where you only need a couple points to get killer croc to spawn but that's just me I found Batman flawless to be harder than the curtain falls for some odd reason 😭
I actually got this platinum almost naturally. Couldn’t figure out how to get to a few riddler trophies so I checked a guide for those but overall the platinum was easy enough. I ended up buying the Season Pass for the star tasks because that part was hell
@@nick_ar Your welcome. And also I have a question. Do you know the next game your gonna do next, because if you do, tell me here and good luck on it.😃😃
I found the Catwoman DLC was the hardest part of this. That lift fight against Riddlers robots, plus the electric just felt so lazy by the developers and relied a lot on chance. Took me about 12 tries before I got past that.
I think that it really depends how comfortable you are with combat in these games cause I didn't really have any issues with the AR combat challenges. If you use more advanced tactics then it gets a lot easier
I'm glad i found your comment because every other one talk about how hard it was. Idk if i'm not remembering right but except doing all the ridles, i don't remember this platinum being so hard. Atleast compared to some like the Yakuza games or RDR2
If it's your first arkham game, it takes a second to learn but if you've been playing since the first one then it should be second nature now. I'm pretty sure I did knight without taking damage at some point. Yakuza is so tedious. I tried to plat 0 and I had such a horrible time.
@@StrifeSoul990 This is so true. This is my first arkham game ever, I sucked so bad and still do lol. But, I just completed RDR2 platinum and now I'm on to this. I was so mad at some of the luck based mechanics in RDR2 platinum (Gambler challenges and Spawning animals). So coming to a game where the only thing that stops you is the mistakes you yourself make during these combat challenges gave me much more motivation for bearing through it. I thought the trophies were impossible like three days ago and now I've unlocked both of them!
I lost so many combos to the shield guys that at later attempts, i was just spamming the Disarm and Destroy move ( square + triangle ) to destroy all weapons in the arena before i would even start to worry about the combo.
Killer run dude! Good job! I recently got all achievements on Steam for Arkham Asylum, Arkham Origins, and Arkham City + all the DLC. So I had to take an Arkham break. lol But here soon, I’m gonna tackle this one. It looks like a beast! Love your vids btw. I rewatch them all the time, you’re a machine dude!
I actually did brutality 101 randomly in the stagg zeppelin fight in the story, got super lucky, the main road block for me was the monarch theater with the bat family, especially nightwing because he is treated like Batman in the fact that they have the same enemies to take down however nightwing has way less usefull combos, for example no disarm and destroy… not to mention the requiem for a killer trophy was really grindy
Note: If you have the DLCs you can just do all the races or vehicle combat challenges for 69 AR stars. I never did even one combat challenge. It's easier than it sounds. Brutality 101 is by far the hardest. And the riddler trophies are the most annoying and tedious ones
I experiensed same 69 AR stars was not hard with DLCs. :-) But I had some time anyway hunting this stars in combat and predator before doing races. I had no problems with Brutality 101. Maby luck. But i had serious problems with this car jumping and this Story+ mode was very hard to accomplish. GCPD lockdown, what a nightmare! 🙂

congrats man. I did the 100% a couple years back and it was soul drenching. I want whatever drugs the developers were on when they made some of these trophies; especially the community challenge pack
Mad props. This is super impressive. I'm missing only 5 achievements on this game and I remember spending hours trying to get The Curtain Falls and Requiem for a Killer.
Bro I just realized that this was my first platinum trophy and I achieved it at the age of 10, I’m really proud of it, also because it’s my favourite Batman game of all time
Just completed the platinum a week ago and now I’m doing the DLC trophies. Nice to know I’m not the only one suffering from these trophies but I’m forcing myself to do them because the Arkham series is goated. Subscribed not to long ago after that crash bandicoot video so this was a big coincidence 🔥
You can use the grappling hook takedown when you have combo meter full by using L2 + Triangle (hold) and it will take down the big guys, doesn't matter what they have in their hands.
Am I the only one who enjoyed getting a platinum in this game? I’ll take the 300+ riddler trophies over those tedious Arkham Origins online trophies any day.
Not to be egotistical but I've never noticed how much people struggled with the combat challenges and stuff until I watched let's plays of the arkham series and this video. I didn't realise how much people struggled with them.
Bro this Platinum was so much fun. It's one of my all time favorite Platinums it was also my 10th Platinum. I don't know tho if I'll ever go for 100% it's really insane. Congratulations.
I have a piece of advice for anyone attempting the races with the bat-mobile, and that piece of advice is to GO FIRST PERSON!!! All the twists and turns of the track and inversions can cause some confusion when you are trying to control the bat-mobile in third person, entering first person makes it so when the car goes upside-down the camera also inverts, as opposed to third person where the car inverts but your view does not.
Much respect bro, I was able to only ever 100% Arkham Asylum and Arkham City, but never did all the characters in City, only Batman. The games are awesome, but the 100% completions for each game are Gears of War levels of tedium that I just couldn’t do anymore after City.
This is late but I got made respect for you for getting all 110. I just got Requiem for a Killer today and The Chill in the Air and The Curtain Falls recently working my way to the platinum. Thanks for the inspiration
i 100% the main game on xbox and did the riddler trophies but i’m debating getting it for my ps5 and getting platinum. great video btw! excited to see what videos you make next :)

Can't wait to see more videos like these my guy!
Thank you!!
I got this platinum this year and I found it pretty fun and easy except the AR challenges but I’m glad you could also experience it
You are an ABSOLUTE legend for bearing to get all these trophies.
Yeah lol, it's a bit frustrating. But absolute kudos to the man for even trying for so long.
Another thing I learned is that you can instantly K.O. an armored brute at full health by picking up a weapon.
I've been watching you for a week and you have quickly become one of my favorite content creators on the platform! And now you're doing one of my favorite games ever? It feels like christmas!
Thank you!!
@@nick_ar No problem man, I really do hope you get to 100k subs soon!
Started the game and didn’t want to try and platinum it but this gave me the motivation to go back thanks for the video !
You got this!
The platinum itself is actually really easy. Only the DLC trophies are brutal, but you don't need them for the plat.
@@Lamborghiny100 yeah I know the trophies aren’t that hard but they do take time, but knowing me I can’t leave the dlc trophies undone I need to have that 100% on the game
I like how one of the trophies is called the road to hell
The real fanatics of this game know that the hardest thing to do in this game wasn't the platinum, it was getting the 240% that unlocked the secret golden suit.
I got all 4 save files at 240%
@@spoontang bruh I almost died getting one save file like that
Nah. New Game+ is pretty easy compared to these trophies.
@@YouScareMe1 It's not about easiness, it's just that going through the whole thing again is a pain in the ass. Thank god riddler's trophies didn't need to be collected twice.
@@spoontang The fuck? You have like 500 hours on Arkham Knight? That takes a shitton of time lol
If you think this is painful then city is even harder lol it has 400 riddler trophies and some ridiculously hard challenge maps where you need to get all the tokens on all characters and even as a veteran Arkham player I can safely say I think some of them are straight up insane especially the cat woman ones
I did arkham asylum and decided i wouldnt plat the others i played em on the xbox so i wouldnt ruin the account lmao
Sheesh
The batman eauilvalent of numero uno
@@nick_ar lmao congrats on the plat 🥳
@@Sketchisawesome nah bro numero uno requires friends which i don't have
Found this channel by accident. Loving it. Great stuff with great montage and witty comments. What's not to love? Keep up the good work brother. This is going places.
Thank you ernesto!!
“Intentionally” if it was so intentional then a lot of people would be in jail as it is obviously an act of horrid violence
Not sure what moment this comment is referring to
@@nick_ar yeah im confused as well, the comment “saved” to your video from a different one, youtube is drunk i can’t find the video it is supposed to be on and i did not mean to comment here, im so confused
My Man Is a God with Games and platinum's Keep it up do't give up my bro
Getting crash 4 platinum trophy is hard but watching this dude get a lot of platinum trophy’s. Gave me motivation
You got this!
Hey nick thank you for uploading these videos it really inspired to get my crash 4 platinum trophy and I finally got it today 😊
I dont know why but whenever he gets happy when he gets a hard trophy it just puts a smile on my face. His reaction is just so wholesome😭
thank you
can we just take a second to appreciate he PAIN this guy has went through to reach platinum like jeeezzz
I’m a Batman Arkham veteran but even I haven’t attempted the platinum congrats it really deserves recognition
Bruh I unlocked it twice
For anyone trying this themselves, go into first person for the races, it makes it way easier.
Fun fact : the community pack trophies were chosen by the community not by the devs.
So we were the true villain all along!
We suck
@@Constelliar indeed!
So that's why you need to have 69 stars in one trophy! Was wondering what warner bros where doing there😂
10:36 i could feel the frustration there. Loving the content and dedication. I sure haven't got the patience for it haha
i like that he does the hard stuff instead of taking the easy way out
Despite how tedious the riddler trophies were, the Arkham series were some of my favourite games to platinum. Glad you decided to go for this one too :)
It was fun
If you think about it, the way 100% required all the riddler trophies was comparable to Crash 4 requiring perfect and platinum relics was 100%. I found the riddler trophies tedious.
I'm so glad I found this channel on my recommended list. I was a huge fan of the other channels and Nick never disappoints! Thanks for the great content Nick !
Ulises!!!
I found doing the car races was an easier way to get the AR challenge stars, using the old batmobiles etc.
Thanks!
Out of all the getting platinum TH-camrs you are the best one
Thanks!
I actually got this platinum almost naturally. Couldn’t figure out how to get to a few riddler trophies so I checked a guide for those but overall the platinum was easy enough. I ended up buying the Season Pass for the star tasks because that part was hell
Nick. Your so good getting these trophies. You are a legend at gaming. good luck getting more. Keep going.
Thanks Christian!
@@nick_ar Your welcome. And also I have a question. Do you know the next game your gonna do next, because if you do, tell me here and good luck on it.😃😃
not sure yet
I'm currently going for the all achievements in this game, and ill tell you it is most definitely pure torture. Keep up the good work man 💯👍🏻
That's way too funny, mainly because is super relatable. I legitimately understand your pain
I found the Catwoman DLC was the hardest part of this. That lift fight against Riddlers robots, plus the electric just felt so lazy by the developers and relied a lot on chance. Took me about 12 tries before I got past that.
I never got passed it
The absolute dedication of this man is crazy extreme props bro
I thought the trophies were impossible like three days ago and now I've unlocked both of them!
its good to see you back with youtube cuz you were my favorite 2k youtuber fr
I lost so many combos to the shield guys that at later attempts, i was just spamming the Disarm and Destroy move ( square + triangle ) to destroy all weapons in the arena before i would even start to worry about the combo.
9:25 Evil Nick AR vs Good Nick AR. 😂😂
The one trophy that killed me to get the platinum is the brutality trophy. OMG that was sooooooo hard.
Thank you!
Requiem for a killer is hell
POV: the kid that doesnt swear:
Nah man. Doing this will break me in the first few minutes. I salute you for going through this hell.
Bruh this guy deserves 10 million subscribers this dude gets the hardest playing trophies there is his dedication and the hours he puts in is crazy
Thanks dalton!
i got the platnum for this game but i didnt get EVERY trophy i got the ones in the main game brutality 101 IS PURE TOURTRE I WAS GOING TO DIE WHEN I GOT THE TROPHY
For me this 100% wasnt that hard, maybe because i have done all Arkham game's and i have such a good time playing this one. This game is a masterpiece.
Lol okay Wallace
Same I finished all Arkham games well accept origins but someday I’ll play it . I loved all of them
Yeah I don’t really get what all the fuss is about, I’ve barely got any platinums because frankly I’m not very good at most games, but I got the Arkham Knight platinum years ago
Gameplay and graphics wise yes
masterpiece is debatable but sure
I've said it once, I say it again: only TH-camrs completed this game. And only TH-camrs are crazy enough to platinum this... 😮
Uh who's going to tell him that you could get almost all of the three stars from just racing
congrats man. I did the 100% a couple years back and it was soul drenching. I want whatever drugs the developers were on when they made some of these trophies; especially the community challenge pack
They’re nuts
I got the platinum on Batman Arkham Asylum and I thought it was hard, but its a walk in the park compered to this
Man i respect your perseverance and determination. I love that you don't curse or swear a lot bro
I appreciate that
Wonder how long it took you to complete all Riddler's missions
Maybe a week?
I started them then stopped for some days to record my previous video so I don’t remember
@@nick_ar Oh ok
Mad props. This is super impressive. I'm missing only 5 achievements on this game and I remember spending hours trying to get The Curtain Falls and Requiem for a Killer.
Good luck man
Bro I just realized that this was my first platinum trophy and I achieved it at the age of 10, I’m really proud of it, also because it’s my favourite Batman game of all time
At age 10 that’s huge achievement
That’s super impressive when I was 10 I was building legos
W
Just completed the platinum a week ago and now I’m doing the DLC trophies. Nice to know I’m not the only one suffering from these trophies but I’m forcing myself to do them because the Arkham series is goated. Subscribed not to long ago after that crash bandicoot video so this was a big coincidence 🔥
Thanks Ryan good luck!
You can use the grappling hook takedown when you have combo meter full by using L2 + Triangle (hold) and it will take down the big guys, doesn't matter what they have in their hands.
Only if you have it unlocked. It's a special move that you have to unlock in one of the upgrade sections.
This plat was pretty easy IMO. sure it was time consuming- but also alotta fun!
but did you do the Community Challenge pack?
@@OmegaRejectz yes.
@@StefanNorlin nice
Ayyyyyy! My man wearing a GSW shirt! GG homie, so happy we got #4 this year! Thanks for the awesome videos, your dedication is legendary!
Thanks Jordan!
15:32 Morbius?
Am I the only one who enjoyed getting a platinum in this game? I’ll take the 300+ riddler trophies over those tedious Arkham Origins online trophies any day.
Out of all the Arkham games this is by far the most fun to plat.
In Arkham Knight it was only 243
Love your content bro seeing this video inspires me to go back and get the Platinum for this game i give up the first time i was going for it ha
Good luck!
@@nick_ar 👍
Not to be egotistical but I've never noticed how much people struggled with the combat challenges and stuff until I watched let's plays of the arkham series and this video. I didn't realise how much people struggled with them.
You’re amazing! I am currently also trying to platinum the Arkham games so this good motivation. Keep up the good work.
Thanks, will do!
This is my favorite video format from this channel. Love it.
Thanks
Congrats on 100%. I really hated the Riddler races + Red Hood tanks in this game. But I cannot beat the Catwoman story pack for the life of me.
Nick brother after watching your this video. This video gave me hope and I also unlocked platinum trophy
I'm so thankful to you 👍🏻
Bro this Platinum was so much fun.
Its kinda hard to gauge whether you enjoyed this game or not but I still enjoyed this video nontheless
Bro Mad respect, i could never! Really apreciate your pacience
Those trophies are insanely hard to get
I felt ur pain, u made me platinum the Batman Arkham games and they were tuff, thank u
i 100% the main game on xbox and did the riddler trophies but i’m debating getting it for my ps5 and getting platinum. great video btw! excited to see what videos you make next :)
Thanks!!
you get the plat just by completing the story and side quests which is torture cuz they included riddles so you dont have to get all the other trophies
The ravens for those who don't know will produce a sound similiar to moving crystal when they are flying or shout with a glass voice when still.
I reccomend to don't attack with the axe in some moments/places because it produces a similiar sound that could confuse you.
i also wanted to tell you that because of you nick i have 3 platinum trophies and you inspired me to become a trophey hunter
I am left with The Curtain falls for Catwoman and Nightwing, rest is grinding AR challenges with reskins. I know your pain bro
Yeah i got the platinum and some of the other DLCs ones but noped out with the tank and race challenges
