    Awesome video! I’m excited to try this out. I’d be interested in learning how these Excel forecasting methods could be applied to a forecast involving thousands of products

    • @lindeop4632
      @lindeop4632 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      If I were you. I would make an ABC analysis on the products, and differentiate the forecasts depending on their grade.
      "A" products which are extremely important for the revenue should have more safety stock, larger thresholds etc. 🙂
      An additional XYZ analysis could also prove beneficial for the above as insight into demand variability is important.

    • @infamousprince88
      @infamousprince88 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @ that’s a good point that I left out for simplicity. I’m going beyond the ABC/XYZ analysis right now to implement my forecast. Many of my products have higher value, reasonably high volume but significantly less volume than items that are simply high volume. I use a loose example of a hammer and then nails just for demonstration.
      This forecast build is done in Python. But I have requests for an Excel-based forecast since that’s friendly to most end users to understand and adjust as they see fit.

      Did so many of these in college😂 really useful in many areas. We used in forestry to estimate forests (native or planted) volumes in wood. Because just imagine having to measure an entire forest, tree by tree. We just did a few randomly positioned 50x100m rectangles, than measure tree by tree only inside of them. Then took the data to estimate, confidence intervals was 95%, but in pharmacy and medicine it goes way up high to 98 or 99%.

    Thank you for the video! Just one question, can you tell me how the growth rates are calculated for the outbound years (in this case, 2025 and 2026)? Does Excel use the 2021 to 2024 trends per quarter to calculate their respective growth rates?

    Thank you for your videos mate.. . Crypto education is what the world needs the most right now. I don’t think that buy and hold is a valid investment strategy anymore. Not too diluted and to a degree, follows Sophia’s trading ideas and signal tips for your portfolio growth and aggressiveness. She is a woman who has not only taught me what the cryptocurrency trading world looks like but a secret to uplift my finance. Buying crypto and waiting for the price to shoot up is not the best way to invest in the market but buying and trading is. Sophia Haney’s trade signaIs does the heavy lifting, generating competitive returns for crypto traders and investors in the form of money and peace of mind. Time in the market vs. timing the market. If you keep that mentality as an investor, you will stay calm during the storm! Within some months I was making a lot more money and have continued on that same path...

      I agree that there are strategies that could be put in place for solid gains regardless of economy or market condition, but such executions are usually carried out by investment experts or advisors with experience…

    i wonder why those topics are not included in the courses you charge so much for, yet you teach them for free on youtube. nothing about forecasting or even regression analysis on your excel courses. why charge so much for them then? i honestly feel very cheated for buying your courses. I can just learn it for free on youtube.
