I purchased a spatula which was made in China and part of the range. I initially thought it was a fake- but Le Creuset returned my email and confirmed that it was genuine. It was SO poor in quality compared to the earlier spatulas with the range. Such a shame. PLEASE keep the manufacturing to France.
I’ve been watching since you said this and for the life of me, I can’t figure out if these are stoneware or the classic cast iron. Please let me know if you find out!

Also me: ooooo. I should get these! I’ll cook so much stuff
Just know that these are made in China vs the cast iron which are made in France!
I didn't believe it, but I checked, and it is true. They are made in Thailand/China, per the Le Creuset website.
So? I've got a mug made in France that cracked in a few months, the one I've got made in China lasted over 20 years.
That is so disappointing. Researching the range here- think I will pass on these then.
