These pitcher lists are all-time for me as far as show content goes. Anyone who’s been around long enough knows the shows love for 90’s baseball just in general. And Mike Shur, just the fact that this dude comes on every morning is enough for me but he’s so damn perfect with this group.

The pickleball takes by Jessica make sense. There are certain activities that seniors can (and often do) defeat people decades younger than them (pickleball, bowling, golf) and will make sure you hear about it. Lol

My Gr 5 teacher, who loved hockey (sons both played major junior and one was drafted), lived beside the Hulls for awhile. He said it was sad, tiresome, and frustrating to be neighbours to that family. He said the police had to stop by almost weekly do break up “domestic disputes”. The family eventually decided to move because they didn’t want their sons to grow up around the Bobby.

Honestly the only thing I have been thankful for since the WB and Discovery merger. Is that not only did they keep Battlebots around but they threw more money at it than in the past few years before the merger since getting more episodes. But other than that pretty much everything else they have done has been pretty shitty. Especially removing shows from streaming platforms so that now shows that people spent years of hard work on can no longer be watched at all unless you pirate them. Then you have the entire Bat-Girl film BS where the film was completely finished filming yet they just decided to can the entire film again wasting the efforts of everyone involved and even dumber just throwing money away. I mean sure maybe the film might have been bad or wouldn't have made a ton of money but it at least would have made something.

You know why Michael Jordan is winner guy and not Brady or Tiger or even Ali? Because nobody has ever had the pathological obsession with winning and competition that Michael had. He wanted his next win like he wanted his next breath of air, every single night, no matter how many times he'd won before. Winning wasn't as simple as life and death to Brady or anyone else, except Jordan. The only person who ever came close to that was Kobe Bryant.

Jessica is cool. Been there awhile and gets the show. Sara looks like a newbie that either didn't realize what she was getting into or just needs some time to adjust to the craziness.

If Jordan was a Boy-Bander like LeBron he would've joined the Shaq/Kobe Lakers after saying he would only play for Phil Jackson and got 4 more Rings since he wouldn't have let them lose to Detroit and it would've been a perfect & poetic ending to his career, but he was too competitive for that weaksauce. What would be the Lakers' record be if Load Management LeBron didn't take so many Paid Vacation days off?
