    The importance here is the separation of public vs private. The people are sovereign in their private capacity; however in commerce the states have the duty and obligation to regulate business.
    Unfortunately this simple concept has become a novelty today. Regulating and taxing the State Citizens property has become a racket which is unlawful and unconstitutional to say the least.

      Yea that’s true it stems from the creation of the 14th amendment citizen ..Someone in congress tried pointing out the illegality behind the 14th amendment cause it created their own federal jurisdiction and stepped out of the republic..They mention this is Nora’s Ark video on robots & patriots channel
