According to the market research for my skills and experience its somewhere between 7-8LPA. So I hope you will provide ur best as per the company norms. I would say the example u have quoted is not a right to negotiate. 3 to 5 L is wide range. It should 3 to 4 at Max if we know the market range. Rest of the content is good. 👍

You don't need to calculate. That will be given by the fund house itself and they might change the expense ratio time to time.
@@srinivasang1062 But while investing in the funds. I must clearly look into Expense ratio. If all fund houses changes the ratios in regular interval ...which fund exist in low Expense ratio
@@meganathankns6375 Simply index fund is the "Only" type of fund with lower expense ratio. (Around 0.10 to 0.30%)
But I do have some small cap fund with 0.76% expense ratio and I feel it's worth to pay them as they are consistently generating better returns for me. But there might be some time where this fund too can underperform for years
