Not really the dizziness just go with hours and hours of vr. When i started playing VtolVR i could not played it more than 30 minutes without some serious dizziness Now i can easely play more than 5hours without feeling dizzi. its just a matter of getting use to.

Works extremely well, vr controls your hands for a in game joystick and throttle control

You can also connect a rudder if you want. So basically, VR hands plus rudder pedals is the setup
