I just did an online chat to have them help me delete ea account from my xbox so I can play starwars online but they wouldn't help said my info didnt match what they have the email in question is over 10years old and I no longer have access to it when telling them I will no longer play any of thier games they just said have a good day, really shows you how much they care about thier customers.

I fixed mine, your ea account can be linked to one console at a time, i used my old email to log in and it worked, i just had to unlink my account and link my new one, All you need is access to old email accounts you've linked with before
Try playing an older fifa title and go to account info and maybe you can see what email and ID you used. I’m currently downloading fifa 20 so I can see my account info. 🤞🏼
