man oh man oh man.....This one is hard on the eyes. And will most definitely be hard on the wallet to whomever that decides to pinch their nose and dive into this.
One nice thing is you can get anything you need from the aftermarket for these cars. Definitely would be a fun profect.
Someone made that for Drag race with 355 SBC and Ford 9 inch with 1/4 mile ⚙️ gearing and floor stick shift with nothing like not door panels. Perfect street car go to the track but put a better cam put it in 2200 rpm to 6900 rpm
Love the lettering. Needs some floor work and the dog legs always rot out but for $23k still an awesome deal.
Fairly solid 55 that could use some minor tinkering. Would make a nice weekend toy
The flat black and that shade of blue looks good. Great wheels too. Too bad they went crazy with the lettering.

Usually a few days, week to week we have one or two from a 10 car update that will stick around for a while but thats normal.

She's a rough ol girl, still a cool beater, when people do bodywork like it is in this car it makes me sick, i been doing body work for 40 years and I have seen guys blob filler and silicone in around windshields like this is before, it isn't even smoothed out ,it could be a cool car but it needs a lot of bodywork to make it right i seen it on marketplace a while back for 10.500, i actually have a screenshot of it, the owners of the bondo company are watching this video and smiling

This car has a lot of potential provided the body isn't full of Bondo.
Right now, I'd call it a bit of a confused car. It wants to a be a gasser style car but doesn't have race seats, too modern / fancy steering wheel, crappy shifter (needs a Hurst Comp Plus), lacking gauges, no radiused wheel wells, but it does have cool aluminum door panels and a nice paint job. Definitely need to change the throttle return spring bracket so it is not so stiff. If I bought it I'd convert to a straight axle and put a tunnel ram of maybe a 6-71 blower on it.
Would be a good project for someone but for me, it's have to have a sub $20K price tag to make it worth while. I don't think Maple Motors negotiates on price though. It would be a fun car to buy and then do a "Two Lane Blacktop" road trip back home!
Somebody seen that possibly with a friend and said hey lets see how much we can get it for throw it together withour parts we got throw some mud and implement paint with that ol 355 with low oil pressure lifters that clatter but runs pretty good and flip it . hardest part probably be draggin it out of the grove bein its sunk down half way up he bumpers lol. Thats just my 2 cents .
Really suprised how many tri 5 cars you get and sell for only $3k over purchase price and sell,!. Seems more like $13k and sell in theory it's more reasonable by todays ridiculous standard and many of your cars at $29950 -$33995 and so on there not priced right
Yes we try our best to keep the prices down but the market has drove these cars up for the last 20 years. It is only going to get higher, they don’t make new 55s lol
