Unfortunately our mare and Shetland have passed away now. This has been a blessing that I found your wonderful channel after falling and breaking my knee cap. These videos are so uplifting and I find myself smiling throughout and I don’t mind laying and watching the videos on tv. I am wishing you and your beautiful family and your friends much happiness. It’s certainly a beautiful life all of you have in Friesland. My ancestors are Dutch - German and would love to visit one day. God Bless.
The incomparable Uniek, a horse such as dreams are made of. Who wouldn’t want to gallop alongside her? On an unrelated note, I wish I knew what kind of bird is chirping its little heart out!
There is no better view of the world than through my horse's ears. Superior camera work, that was so close to being there! I love how you are not afraid of her huge motion and power, and the way you communicate with your back. You really are quite an accomplished rider. This is a lovely way to train, keeping her focused while exercising the youngsters. The girls are saying "When I grow up, I want to be just like her!"

The young horses were happy to follow Uniek in the begining but near the end they're saying why are we running back and forth ? Then they decide they are hungry and thirsty ? Lol ! I can see why Uniek is called the Queen and leader of the herd. She has the physical strength and agility and majestry, but also a certain maturity in her bearing and personality. I could see the younger horses naturally looking up to her. You make riding her look easy but I think there's alot of mutual trust and respect and TLC there.
