Imagine a james bond movie dubed over by a russian that does every voice except it's all just his voice and you could still hear the english voices beneath. Or pirated copies of american movies "dubed" by an actress who's english is not that great (in retrospect) and she has no idea what "voice acting" is. Oh and by the way the translation was being done on the fly, just taping over her voice while the movie was running since it was an "illegal operation" created by a state secret police official (if the legends were true).
