having troubles finding the sensor, took the throttle body off and is it a few inches to the right of the oil filter?

Just curious, the rectangular opening that is in the plastic cover of the air intake box, was it already like that or something that you've done?
Asking as mine is all covered, no opening. Thanks

Good Job you deed Sir ! I deed it the other way ! I pulled the Intake manifold ! To bad after i changed both temp sencer my needle at speedo mater steal goes up and down at warm engine ! i wish to know what ele i can doo !? Sum Guy said my speed o meter temp gage is bad , it flactuate 0 to 90 degre.

My 2015 Vw passat engine temperature goes to 130 when i starts the engine don't know why checked the Coolant level is perfect hot air coming through
