Who can help me? I am having Issues using Obsidian to create GitHub Pages compliant markdown.

Please help me solve this problem!
I am looking for pointers how to solve my problem with the workflow!
I want to have a nice tool chain to develop documents and standards documents using Obsidian Notes, Github, GitHub Pages and Syntevo SmartGit.
As a sample, I have a fictive standard how to clean a dog!
