Azhar was worst amongst the list. No research, no background check etc. Just made a film out of no where.
In Dangal the coach's character was highly over the top and unnecessary negative which was hard to believe considering it was a real life story. It was highly unbelievable for me.

Azhar is not a biopic in the first place. Just imagine, Azhar's real name in Mohammad Azharuddin. In the movie it was Azhar Mohammad. Not to mention Sachin Bedi, Kapil Jain, Ajay Kapur.
Sanju film biopic Sanjay Dutt ki thi and was well made but whitewashed his image but the real twist is that Sanju film se Sanjay Dutt se zyada logon ne Sunil Dutt ko zyada like karna shuru kiya.
He was always a very likeable personality
By direction I think Sanju is incredible well made, produced and has great screenplay, BUT BUT BUT!!! When it comes to accuracy and story line then I think Sanju is weakest movie of hirani. And story at some point feels so false.
The movies is indeed the best gift hirani could give to his friend Sanjay dutt by whitewashing his image through his believable direction skills.
Sanju was an ode to Sanjay Dutt by Hirani. It was never supposed to an authentic biopic.

Tbvh I actually hated that coach in Dangal. I didn't know it was fabricated and I used to think how ashamed that man would be now that he's seeing himself getting portrayed in such a big movie 😅. Glad he wasn't a bad man in real life.
Even Geeta was open about the fact that movie is Bollywood-ised. She herself said that she never had a surprise win - she was ahead in points. Plus, her coach was really good and while her dad encouraged her and her sister to be professionals, he wasn't as involved as Amir in the movie.
Geeta's coach locking Mahavir Phogat during final match was like....... What the f**ck moment for me 😅😅

@Aura_.0 Dude dangal is a biopic movie and it's more of makers fault they should not have portrayed him as a bad guy on first place if they just show the truth than none of that happened.
This was too much (Even as a creative liberty). I know they wanted to make it Cinematic, But they stretched a bit.

And also about Bhag Milkha, in movie Milkha was shown to small during India Pakistan partition but as per his age he was 18 years old. And movie showed him 10 to 12 years old small boy.
Because his dob isn't confirmed, one is in 1935 and one is in 1929
Even phogat sisters were vegetarian (as per some reports) but dangal (dont know the reason) showed that they were non-vegetarians for protein requirements

This video missed the film 'MS Dhoni : The untold story'. In the film, it was shown that Dhoni has only a sister and completely ignored the fact that in reality he also has a brother named Narendra Singh Dhoni. I think this blunder can't be justified when you're making a film and calling it a 'biopic'.
He did not wanted to include his brother becuz of some personal reason

Not only Coach was shown bad in Dangal movie, her scoreline, opponets she played against was all fabricated to make the movie more dramatic.
Adding more to that Geetha Phogat was shown that she's out of form before tournament. But prior to 2010 Commonwealth gold, she actually won Commonwealth championship in 2009 which was not at all shown in the movie.

Bhag Milkha Bhag is inspiring not because of word record, because of his comeback in life, makers should not do that. I met him personally he’s among the great man to be witness.

Whenever we watch a biopic or any real incident inspired movie, we assume the makers would have researched a lot and they will convey the real incidents😢
The movie Sanju was a total lie. It will be stupid to call it a biopic. And Ranbirs overacting was horrible. The only thing that worked in the movie was the resemblance between RK and SD.

Sanju biopic wasn’t even whitewashing Sanju baba, it was a true biopic of him despite some of it being fictionalised for cinematic purposes. And Dangal was an honest and true biopic despite some of it being fictionalised! Both Ranbir Kapoor and Aamir Khan gave their career best performances with Sanju and Dangal respectively ♥️♥️👏👏👏👏

All biopics have lied probably because they worthlessly add love drama emotional and cringe comedy scenes. Unfortunately people make bad perceptions about those successful personalities. Its better to read their biography in books rather watching in movies.
