I honestly think he was the most intelligent, and therefore the most curious. He was merely observing and playing with everything to learn more about whatever was in front of him, instead of just immediately destroying things. For example he bent down to look at the humans shooting at him (mind you the bullets didn’t exactly hurt) instead of just immediately destroying them, and then he tasted one the way an animal or a chemist would taste something it’s curious about. It’s just the center head was wayyy to fast moving, as such it was constantly being forced to get with the program instead of exploring. It’s worth however noting that the third, more curious head is the one who bit the powerplant enabling Gidorah to take out the whole freaking airforce in thier second encounter; I doubt Gidorah would’ve known to do that without his curiosity.
