    Where is the Corton- Grancey? I have a bottle of Grand Cru Pinot Noir from there.

    • @YouTubeJulien
      @YouTubeJulien  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Sean. Well, it's on the hill of Corton, so near Aloxe-Corton and Ladoix. It seems to be the exclusive property of Louis Latour now. Is your Louis Latour? Here's the story: www.louislatour.com/en/wines/51/chateau-corton-grancey-grand-cru 🍷

      @@TH-camJulien Yes! Louis Latour. Just opened it tonight and it's amazing -- 2015 vintage. I get strong notes of cherry and some type of earthy funk, like pipe tobacco and leather.

    Le montrachet and montrachet are two aoc

    • @YouTubeJulien
      @YouTubeJulien  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there. I don't actually think they are. The INAO only references one legal text for the 'Montrachet' AOC. Where did you get this from? No producer distinguishes between Le Montrachet or Montrachet appellations. I don't think they are two separate vineyards, do you?
