Thank you Sir, hats off to you! Literally after spending hours hovering over various youtube videos, i've finally understood the process of cellular respiration with your help!
Your videos are actually amazing. They show the process, and you do an amazing job explaining it. Watched both your photosynthesis and cellular respiration videos, was a huge help. Thanks!
this is AWESOME man I actually finally understand respiration. I would recommend this channel to every biology student. couldn't have explained it any better.I didn't understand my own teacher's explanation.thank you so much
does anyone understand videos more than they understand their tutor's lessons ? i didn't get this at all in class but this video made perfect sense even though it's the exact same content/
they're the same thing. it's just that some call it ATPase and some ATP synthase. my teacher says it's better to use ATPase since it synthesises ATP and can also break it down into ADP + Pi
I'm gonna be a wise arse here... When he sais "we actually only made 4 ATP" is false. There was a net gain of 4 ATP molecules but the production of 6 ATP in total (4 in glycolysis, 2 in the krebs cycle)... 2 were used up in glycolysis.
you have no clue how badly these videos will save my a level bio this year
+Khider juan glad to help
Just a legend. This video is the best explanation of ETC. I do appreciate indeed.

quick question sir (ur videos r BRILLIANT tho god bless) is there a difference between ATPase and ATP synthase that should be noted ??
they're the same thing. it's just that some call it ATPase and some ATP synthase. my teacher says it's better to use ATPase since it synthesises ATP and can also break it down into ADP + Pi
@@juliabenvs827 thank u so so so muchhh for clearing it up to me !!
What are the examples of oxidative phosphorylation?
Thx slot💕💕
Is it ATP-ase or ATP synthase that combines ADP and a phosphate group into ATP?
ATP synthase, as ATPase catalyses the the hydrolysis of ATP
The ATP synthase positioned upside down, and should've been the other way round
