P.s. in case you have not read my memoir for Solo:
“Rest in peace and power my beautiful girl... Bandhavgarh is literally not the same without you. Many people will not understand, but I had a bond with you like none other. You played such a critical role in my life. I have followed you since you were four months old, and you passed away at the age of 8 - in your prime. I have spent countless hours with you or searching for you. Learning about you and learning from you.
I learned the importance of family, of living in the moment, being ruthlessly loyal, ambitious and courageous, and most importantly, how to be a loving individual. Nothing will ever be able to explain how you taught me all this and more.
You were in your prime. You were the best and most protective mother, an ambitious daughter. You were carrying the cause of tiger conservation on your shoulders and your story was reaching out to millions... your cubs were supposed to be the FUTURE of your troubled species.
I cannot help but feel absolutely devastated and even personally responsible that I couldn’t do more to save you or the other members of your species which are dying every day. I am sorry Solo. I really am.
You will always live on in my heart, in my soul and in all those people who watch #SafariWithSuyash and this video, or read the countless articles I wrote about you, they are dedicated to you. And I will remain dedicated to your kind! 🐅”

Thank you for this wonderful documentary about Solo which we have only just found. Solo is very special for us as she was the first tiger my husband and I ever saw, in February 2014. It was such a significant and moving encounter that we both cried. We didn't see her for long, only for a minute or two as she walked out of the bushes on the left and crossed the road to get back to her two cubs deep in the forest on the other side. But we have photos of her and will never forget her. Are you following any of her cubs? What about the ones that she had in 2013? Thank you for your work to save tigers.

So hard to hold back tears for Solo in this well done documentary. It's heart breaking to hear the wildlife film maker saying "we know how to save tigers but we let them go" Damn! Humans know better yet often fail to act better. We are the most dangerous & self-serving predators. We, however, can choose to change. Educate. Give compassion, care & love for the tigers, lions & wildlife. Their existence is important & an integral part of ours. Their existence enlightens our senses & humanity. Sign me up. Would choose to be on the front line fighting for their rights to live, to have territories & to be instinctual, to free in their natural habitats. We must share, care & protect the wildlife.

It was very sad that she died😔. Royal Bengal Tigers are endangered species. We have to protect them. Don't be cruel with them. Look at their eye just , how innocent ❤.

If she died of natural cause or was killed by wildlife then there is no reason to crib about it. But if she was killed by humans then its a matter of concern.

Majestic... Is the word for tigress like Solo. Very sad to hear she didn't end the way she would have liked. Definitely govt shouldn't allow any villages near reserve. Humans are plenty and tigers are numbered. Save tigers
