I am usually using free trial of microsoft and I won’t be paying some money a month just to use word so I tried using Pages to learn how to use it and it’s quite easy. It works for me, it may not as easy to use as Microsoft word but it’s free so it’s excellent!

Also, I don’t seem to be able to write fractions in Pages even though there is a parameter to automatically write them as fractions. This is a helpful video-I liked and subbed. One thing that gets me down on iOS Pages is Bullets/list item management. The indentation and numbering does not seem as intuitive or “smart” as Word. Any recommendations?

Hi, This was really useful, thank you. I have been using pages for quite a while but didn’t know a lot of this stuff. However, what I am desperate to find out is whether I can insert another pages document into the one I am working on? I produce two page invoices using pages, the second page details my payment terms so is always the same. Up to now I have been coming out of the one I am working on, going into the payment terms document, then having to copy and paste it into the new one. Is it possible to do this more efficiently please? Many thanks. Steph

Do you have a video on how to use the templates that are in this program? I am specifically interested in the birthday cards, I tried the vertical one, I was able to add an image, but could not get the keyboard to come up so I could type any copy on it.

What about taking pictures or using it to record meeting
I was interesting in the record feature because I mostly use notability and record meeting and then edit my notes later on with the recording however to make it clear I record and write notes at the same time sometimes even take pictures while recording is this possible in this app or do you have another option besides notability which I love but my documents are now to large to Email even as a pdf from notability

How to I put my documents in a folder?
Use the Files App to move documents around. Once you’ve created a new folder, tap and hold a file to move it to your folder.
