Ah yes, the original 2004-2009 Gallardo. Hearing the sound of the highly pitched 5.0L V10 engine from it is even sexier than hanging out for a mate.
That sound is CRAZY! The car is beautiful too! Same color as DoctaM3's old Superleggera...I miss it!
I think this old 5 litre motor sounds better than the new 5.2
The new 5.2 sounds like trash imo, this 5l has a sweet note that high revving v10's are supposed to make. it's as if the revs tone get over a hill that distinguishes itself from the m5 v10, and audi r8 v10, I'd never miss a redline shift to this sound, always know when its coming

It's nice to see a guy with his Lamborghini who isn't afraid to get the engine revs above 6,000 RPM, for once. I would say that at least 80% of the video's I've seen of guys driving their supercars on racetracks short shift severely.

@Acidicheartburn I completely agree with you, the car is called a SUPERcar for a reason. I would drive the hell out of one these, and if I remember correctly, redlining it and getting on it every now and then is good for the car cause it forces out the carbon build up. I redline my car daily and it has 245k+ miles and still pulls like it did before :D

clayboy699 is it possible to convert the new motor to fire evenly? Or would it require physical modifications to the cam shaft etc?
zack1077 it would require different cams and a different crank shaft, and a tune to change the firing order , it's not easy but , if you have the time and money it's possible
