I just love the last scene when he says Aftermath and walks away because you know what's coming lol. Dre being introduced to Eminem and then 50 later on
This movie was made from Dre and Cube’s viewpoint. They portrayed Eazy all wrong. He never went broke. Never had to sell weed. Never got beat up by Suge. But on another note, 3 years though? Long time….
Check out the movies Notorious(2009), Get Rich or Die Tryin(2005), American Gangster(2007), 8 Mile(2002), ATL(2006), How High(2001), Don’t Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood(1996), Belly(1998), Training Day(2001), and Malibu’s Most Wanted(2003).
I would take this version with a huge grain of salt. Everyone has a different version of how things went, and ALL OF THEM leave out some things. There is a lot more to this then they say.
All "bio films" must be taken with a grain of salt, as you say! The writers change things for drama. But the essence, the message, usually shines clearly.
@geraldjackson3921 I'm sure suge grassed him self in said on a late night show saying he best him up and then shot him due to E new business better then suge
Loved this film! I rock with biopics for artists I’m curious about AND really only if the ppl who lived thru it are telling the story like they are here.
India after seeing this i recommend seeing the movie Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le. That movie is more true to how Dr. Dre was this movie made him like a superhero practically but that movie shows what he was like. It came out a year after this because this movie didn't show the women behind the scene. But this movie is from the POV of Michel'le not NWA. Eazy E also is the one who signed Black Eyed Peas (I'm not joking look it up lol) Brownside which is like a Chicano barrio variation on NWA and then there's Bone Thugs he also signed them and speaking of you having been a JW i guess Krazie Bone is one.l But yeah E helped a lot of talent. She was in a relationship with both Suge and Dre by the way.
My favorite NWA song is "Gangsta Gangsta." R.I.P. Eric "Eazy-E" Wright." Ice Cube and MC Ren are my favorite membes of the group. Ice Cube's son looks so much like him, it's crazy!
It really did start in 86 though. I believe that’s when NWA and the Posse came out. It was a compilation album but still…they had like 4 or 5 won there.
A great movie to check out is Farming. It’s based on the life of Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje(Majestic from Get Rich Or Die Trying, Suicide Squad, GOT,etc). It’s unbelievable.
Loved it! I am not of the hip hop generation and this film and others showed me a lot! The guy I was dating when this came out was a retired police officer, and he was not about this at all; but even he was able to see a different perspective. Have you done All Eyez On Me yet? If not, you must!!
🧡 I love your perseverance friend 🧡 does it hurt (or, not help) you if I still watch the old channel? Should I unsub it? Whatever supports you, I got you 🔥 🤘🏼🧡
There is wayyy wayy more to this story of how they came up than this movie shows... And not all of this movie is totally factually accurate... I suggest doing your own searches and watching ither documentaries around all that NWA started... There's much more to the legacy and more to it than this glamorized Hollywood movie offers... Lol
Not really a fan of this movie because the way Eazy E was portrayed in this movie. Making him look weak and broke witch is false. There is an interview with BG Knocc Out he talks about this movie and the way they made Eazy-E look in this movie is BS.
@@explorewithindiamovies7913 when you really look at it.. Things were better with Eazy and Heller.. Everyone lived, everyone made money.. Dre and Cube both left broken and robbed artists in their wakes after NWA. Eazy didnt do that to anyone. For me it's pretty sad that we lost Eazy but and ended up with Dre and Cube.. Who knows what Dre is really up to anymore and Cube is riding around with Tucker Carlson of all people... As someone that grew up with this group, its sad. This was a weird era for people that didnt live it in those neighborhoods. I remember more than one house i was either on my way to or just leaving from that got raided by swat back in the day. That whole gang task force running up on people and taking pictures and putting people in gang files and doing gang sweeps was a real thing that happened. Just the way we talked to each other daily was kinda brutal by the standards of today.
This is one of the best music biopics of all time. My favorite scenes are when they performed F Da Police, Ice Cube & Dr. Dre going solo. What i didn’t like about this movie was that they didn’t go into any details about the Dr. Dre & Eazy-E beef. 2:08
This movie tries to make Eazy E look weak compared to Dre and Ice Cube. Eazy E had tights to L.A gangs. Ice Cube and Dre were studio gangsta. Suge never touch Eazy E. Mexican gangs, Toker from Brown Side had Eazy E back. Ice Cube had to squash his beef with Cypress Hills from South Gate because some people were getting involved, and Cube wasn't gangsta enough to handle it. But Dre and Cube are successful people and hustlers, but not gangsta

React to Dr Dre - The Message to conclude the movie _(it’s on Aftermath)_

That beating never happened suge never put his hands on eazy. it would have been a straight up gang war if he did
Literally..
Sure thing buddy
right no one would want to because eazy had the whole compton crips behind him
most of us actual hood kids back in the day were team Ruthless all the way during that.
@geraldjackson3921 I'm sure suge grassed him self in said on a late night show saying he best him up and then shot him due to E new business better then suge
Love your reactions India. Commenting for the algorithm.
My favorite concert memory is being at that concert in Detroit. It was my 9th grade year. Dope af!

NWA had 2 studio albums: "Straight Outta Compton" and "Niggaz4Life". And they had 1 EP: "100 Miles And Runnin'"
My favorite NWA song is "Gangsta Gangsta." R.I.P. Eric "Eazy-E" Wright."
Ice Cube and MC Ren are my favorite membes of the group.

8:12 Jazzy Jeff (From DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince) made that scratch sample for the actor to act like he was scratching on.
Great movie and a tribute to a group who changed music #4eva ❤

I have to look it up … I don’t know nothing about easy - E … just songs and this movie
@@explorewithindiamovies7913 Check out Real Motherfuckin G's by Eazy E it's a response to Fuck With Dre Day which they showed in this
To the OP have you seen Surviving Compton: Dre, Suge & Michel'le ? That was more respectful of E

Do your research on NWA. This movie don’t give you the full story nor is it accurate.

Therapy is needed because why are you always crying and triggered.
I am a emotional person and how you know I don’t ? Not only that you don’t know my back story so yeah triggering as you said
