David's advantage here is that filipino cuisine is diverse.. it understands whatever you put on that dish as long as it is well balance and not to far from the original dish it presented..
The let down for me in chef nic's plate is the cold soup. I dont like my sinigang cold. Regardless of how hot the weather maybe a hot bowl of sinigang makes it all okay. ☺
