I wonder if having to lose weight and ‘freshen up’ for the last two movies weakened a body that had endured years of hard living. No blame, no diss, just sad speculation that I hope is groundless. What a dame...beauty, brains, and a killer sense of humor!
You know, it feels a little wierd knowing that mark, carrie and harrison have been in basically every starwars to date (other than the pre quels) and now mark stands alone and staying with the franchise. Carrie has sadly passed and Harrison is done with starwars as a whole. Makes you feel a little sad when you have seen that iconic trio film together for such a long time, to now see that only one of them really remains now... i know its been a year but rest in peace carrie😢 and hopefully harrison finds another film to own his role in...

I am now addicted to this series because of The Last Jedi. The first time I have ever seen Star Wars was during The Force Awakens. I thought it was so-so. So my husband got me all the previous films so I can go back and watch everything from the start and appreciate this series. The very first one was very interesting but I wasn't really sold yet. The prequels bore me and I ended up sleeping while I was watching. This movie however, changed everything. After watching The Last Jedi last week, I have been researching all about Star Wars and rewatching all the episodes. I love this film!

I like how daisy adapts to things so quickly like Rey does. I think people forget Luke was so gifted with the force and learned stuff really fast like he blew up the Death Star in his 1st try just by using the force. Rey got the upper hand on kylo just by using the force. If she got trained in the old republic days where the Jedi order was still intact, she would have been light years ahead of almost everyone and same with Luke.
I could watch adam driver practice his fight scenes all day. 😍

While the originals had the supernatural power to bring people together, this one splits us apart
Star Wars has always been political. The original movie Star Wars was literally an allegory for the Vietnam war. Star Wars has also always been progressive when it comes to women. Leia was a feminist icon during the time immediately after the first movie. Also your point with the First Order is null, as there is seen to be multiple races represented in the First order. Compare this to he original Empire in the first few movies where they are literally space nazis...

I’ve seen all of them and I feel the last of the trilogy the characters showed more feeling and emotion and the close fellowship of these all the character in the movies it was a close family group and it showed .....I am a fan and have been since day one 1976 when first movie came out I love it and still do it saddens me that the trilogy has come to an end but... I could see a new possible beginning when at the end of number 9 Rise of Skywalker when Rey ended up where Luke started on the farm it was a great ending but opens doors for new beginnings

I've just watched Star Wars the Last Jedi in the theatre. I LOVE it so much! Rian is definitely a MUCH BETTER storyteller than Abrams. His approach on the story and characters feels like reading a novel. And I grew up reading many Star Wars novels (plus the two games of The Old Republic--can't possibly skip that one). Can't wait to see his other installments in this trilogy!

Watching Adam train with the stunt guys is truly jarring, because he’s fought for America as a marine in real life, and he has the physical capacity to absolutely destroy his trainers in real life. It adds a whole new ferocity to Kylo Ren as a combatant to me.
