The virtual partner meeting of the California Improvement Network (CIN) on September 14, 2023, focused on one of CIN’s priority areas - evolving roles and care models; specifically, how to manage and optimize staffing to support quality care for patients and to advance health equity.
During a keynote conversation, Lisa Countryman-Quiroz, chief executive officer of Jewish Vocational Service (JVS), offered insights into what workers need in today’s environment and how organizations can adapt recruitment and retention strategies to ensure they have and keep the workforce they need.
