Production Race Series 4th September 2022 Race 3 reverse grid handicap Hampton Downs

Race 3 felt like a marathon! A 12 lap reverse grid handicap starting again from 15th position with the Mira one flag drop ahead. Justin was quickly getting to grips with driving the Mira so I sensed that this one would be a battle. To my good fortune he spun at turn 1 (thanks mate!) and let me through, only to watch him hunt me down as I looked in the mirrors heading into turn 2... it was on 😎 we fought through lots of traffic and I was forced to go on the defensive around mid race as he crept up beside me entering the Porsche dipper. Traffic went my way after that, thank goodness, and I swung it home for 3rd to finish the day, with Justin close behind in 5th.
