Micro Preemie Textured Hat with Flower - Crochet Tutorial

This hat is tiny! It will fit the smallest preemies. Make sure to use yarn that has the word "soft" or "baby" in the name. Yarns such as "value" yarns may be too rough for sensitive baby skin. (Open for more info...)
