FFXIV: Gavel Prog (BLU) Max HP//Penalty I [Healer PoV]

Any Gavelers in chat?
Hopefully seeing my noobliness waltz through this it helps some people struggling to prog this section of the fight out with the movements of these two debuffs.
As a healer movement is very tough, so my group usually had the Max HP player white winding to keep everyone topped off until shortly before the Gavel cast. That being said, Happy progging!
