Wow! 120 hours a month! Do you mean flight credits counting from push back to 15 minutes plus on the dot? For my current company our schedule block time is between 75 hours to 95 hours. But for myself I do set 120 hours credits as my monthly goal. What a coincidence!

120 was my credit, block, which is what I'm actually flying, I think it was like 105
