This isn’t “legal gymnastics” this is treason.
It is Biden and Maorkas who have committed treason by importing illegals without challenge, but they cannot be counted as part of the population until the next census in 2030 unless they get the laws changed there also. The letter of any statute has been rearranged by this court to suit their narrative and in reality, it is simply election interference because Biden can't beat Trump fairly so he cheats and circumnavigates the law by weaponizing the DOJ, laws and courts.

The Supreme Court would be working 7 days a week if they intervened in every case. The case has to be brought to them, and regardless of the outcome if an appeal is filed and heard by a higher court, they may eventually hear it anyway based on the appeal results from the same State. *Right now this court is obviously working on prejudice as so many of the negative commenters.* The term "Innocent until proven guilty" doesn't apply to a prejudiced mind.
