I doubt there's a more honest ex con out there, I know there are plenty of guys who turned their life around but not like Paul, he turned his back on it for the ones he loved. The establishment have no praise for him because he marches to his own beat and he'll never be broken. Total stand up guy and a role model for any youngster on the verge of crime.

Paul ferris ,a Scottish legend, Jimmy Boyle ,A Scottish legend, I was 16 years old and I was in prison and I came across a book called sense of freedom, by jimmy Boyle ,at the time I could not read that good but that book was the first book I ever read and I'll never forget it because when I finished it I looked up out my cell window and thank God for helping me to get through that book because I was never thought anything in school I was just a little kid who was beating every day by the Christian brothers in my school and people who are from working class back rounds always seem to end up in prison, but I'll always remember that book because I could not stop reading books after that my second book was Rambo first blood and that book was a true story as well. Very different from the film , ,🇮🇪🤠💯🕊️ , remember people prison is a lonely place but it's your friends who you met along the way that get you through your prison years , I'll say no more, .. James from Ireland ❤️❤️🇮🇪✌️

Brilliant, this is my first listen to your podcasts James and I will listen to more. Great way of interviewing, ask a simple question and let the boy speak without speaking over him. As for Paul obviously a very bright and intelligent guy, his past is his past and he never once gave it "Ya know who I am" attitude. Great watch thanks

Ok , he’s no spring chicken, we mellow with age. I admire his honesty & honesty corruption. No matter who may be watching . Speaking of his bewildness in the bizzarre situations. I respect that ✊🏽All Day👌🏽
