Isn't kurtosis supposed to be 3 for normal distribution?, does excel already subtract 3 and provide excess kurtosis?

Click the file (right click) then you will see an customize ribbon then click then it will show something like in the video just click the ads in then, manage (excel add ins) then click go, after that choose the analysis tool pack, after that "data analysis" will show in data.
