Both are almost the same. Depends on the individual again. But N160 engine is slightly smoother.

It has a Refined Engine and a bigger tank capacity with better mileage.
The claimed mileage of Bajaj Pulsar NS160 is 40.6 kmpl whereas the mileage of Bajaj Pulsar N160 is 55 kmpl.
