God... I keep going back and forth between Eclipse's reactions. You can tell he knows what's going on, even before the reveal. The way he looked up at the platform, irritated and offended but not yet angry, looking away just to warn Sun and Moon, but after that, oh, after *that*? He keeps it pinned there, glaring, and you can just *hear* the cogs in his mind turning. He knows, and he's mad, and he knows, and maybe i'm looking too much into this, but you can still see some of the hurt seeping through and maybe he has some hope that it's not as bad as he thinks, and then the *shock*, the way he steps back, and the way Sun and Moon notices too? That is.... DKFJLSDFLK And can I just say... how fondly Ruin held Eclipse with his eyes? The way Eclipse turned, ready to tear Ruin a new one, only to witness that and all the anger and betrayal just dripped away? AUGHLDKJFS And it seems like the star has been corrupting and twisting Ruin for quite some time, but the fact that his other pupil lit up after Eclipse caught him.... I feel like that symbolizes something pure, something untouched by the star, and I! I don't know how to express what I'm feeling, it's so!! You know!!!! This.. this is amazing. Mwah! Mwah!!!!
I’m just gonna say it, Ruin X eclipse has got to be one of my favorite crack ships of all time. I love that the show decided to make one little kidnapping scene a little spicy, and some of the fans just said “f*ck it, we ball” and made this beautiful ship. And the worst/best part is it’s technically just self love (kinda). Eclipse is made up of an mis-mash of sun and moons code, and so is ruin, so technically THEIR JUST LOVING THEMSELVES. *WHITCH IS STUPIDLY IN CHARACTER FOR THE BOTH OF THEM IN A WEIRD KINDA ROUND-ABOUT WAY.* (Amazing work btw!!!)

OH MY GOD!!!!!! THIS IS SO GOOD!!! This turned out better than I expected, literally the way Ruin came out of the balcony and sang was unexpected, as was Ruin kissing Eclipse, that really caught me off guard, my jaw dropped in shock, and I was surprised that Eclipse didn't object to that kiss, and the way Eclipse kind of changed "sides" so to speak and let Ruin hurt Sun and Moon. And when Sun ran to Moon to save him from Ruin's attack and Moon's expression of concern and fear when she saw her brother trapped, man, if all this had been made official in the series, it would be total chaos of drama. The animation was very good, as was the "story" it told. I hope this is not the end, because this really has great potential and I would love to see how it develops (I would like to highlight more things that I liked about the video, but if I did this comment would be very long :) )
Okay another fantastic video as always 10 out of 10 I like how ruin looks singing with the microphone i wasn’t expecting it and for him to flip people off and the ruin x eclipse stuff i wasn’t expecting any of it or ruin to have the star thing
Oh my gosh I love this so much and Ruins design with the star is so cool. Also love Eclipse getting kissed and immediately switching sides man really went I have a boyfriend now screw all of you (though I can’t tell if that was due to Ruin using the Star on him or Eclipse himself)
the whole sequence of events is FASCINATING! starts off with an intense atmosphere- then when ruin comes out singing they instantly calm down and are more reacting like "not this shit again" rather than panic. bc its just ruin, why should they worry? then throughout his song the white crack along his face forming almost as a warning. tho they dont really get much of one until he forcibly teleports eclipse up to the balcony with him. the kiss *mightve* been to catch eclipse off guard (or just bc he wanted to lol) to then convince eclipse to join him. tho i do wonder if ruin did use some of the star power to persuade eclipse since in this he seems relatively fine with sun and moon (based on how he was casually standing with them) so i doubt he wouldve been swayed that easily with the whole "show" ruin put on it probably had the intended (and successful) reaction of sun n moon just being unamused and trying to leave, which then gives them no time to *properly* prepare for some kind of fight and catches them off guard honestly this entire thing was one giant rollercoaster and man i love it so fucking much

I just want to say thank you so much for this. I love the greatest show movie and all the songs. I have wanted something like that for so long. You are genuinely my favorite animator and I hope I one day get an art style as great as yours so I can finally make my imagination come to life. Also that Ruin solo slayed✨
Watched this a few days earlier. Came back. Kiss absolutely caught me off guard the first time I watched. Sun running to push Moon away from the attack was a no brainer for him. Sibling love at its finest. And Sun being caught must have been detrimental to Moon as he’ll probably blame himself for not paying attention to what happened behind him and staying to see what Ruin would do. I’m also thinking that Sun might believe that all his siblings would work together to stop whatever is happening and may still think he’s not as capable as he actually is, though he could be working on that or probably has 50/50. I will absolutely argue that’s wrong as he’s guessed who brought back Eclipse and where said animatronic’s lab was as well as other things that has helped them out before. And in the episode before Solar died, after watching their interview with Ruin many times, he picked up on the fact that Ruin was typing while he and Nexus were talking. Which proves he can pick up on small details. Emphasized by when Sun was talking about all the small things the kids would do while he took care of them in the video after Dazzle apologized and explained to Sun about her origins. I mean the guy still remembers how she liked her PB&J sandwiches! And right now I have a bit of a stream of ideas of where this could possibly go and I am excited for where it does!

I have a very twisted interpretation on this. So bare with me here. So the very first part was in the current moment, Sun and Moon with Eclipse there. At this point in time Ruin had the star. At the part were the curtains open (0:23), that’s a flashback. This is where Ruin tried to be himself. He wanted to fit in (especially after what canonically happened with the virus). He tried his best to hang out with Sun and Moon, but they didn’t like him getting too close, not enjoying his performances nor his passions (evident by Moon trying to leave). Then, flash back to where Ruin had the star.(0:34) He’s been infected by the star, letting the power get to his head (which is when he has the cracks in his face). Now, he felt betrayal by their lack of willingness to hang out or even talk to Ruin. He’s sick of it! Using that power, Sun, Moon, and Eclipse are now forced to watch him perform (0:41). Poor Ruin just wanted an audience. Ruin needs a “volunteer from the audience”, which in the case is Eclipse (0:47). Ruin uses the star power to bring Eclipse up to the balcony so he can finish his performance. Eclipse at first fights the star power, but he sees the deeply innocently pain expression on Ruin’s face (0:51). Eclipse plays along, feeling bad for Ruin. As Eclipse used to watch the performances Ruin did, in which Moon used to leave and Sun would go so busy work. Though Eclipse thought Ruin was being cringy, he stayed. While Ruin and Eclipse were performing, Ruin lost his footing. He started to fall off the balcony, in which Eclipse caught him. Ruin felt like he actually had a true friend. His happiness overpowered the corruption of the star (turning one of his eyes from black to white)(0:59). Ruin got up and kissed Eclipse, trying to break free of his own corrupt state more(1:00). In that moment, Eclipse got a sense of Ruin’s true feelings of abandonment and his reason for wanting the star, just to fix the hole that was left behind (1:05). Eclipse sat there and held Ruin, trying to comfort him. Then Sun yelled something to Eclipse, probably along the lines of “what are you doing?” or something. Eclipse turns around to look at Sun (1:08). Ruin gets upset, being possessive over his first friend. Ruin, in anger, had the thought process of if Sun was going to take away his first friend, Ruin should take away his. Ruin charged up a blast, aiming for Moon. Sun ran to try and warn Moon (1:17) but instead he got caught in the blast (1:21). Moon and Eclipse were both mad at Ruin (1:25), but Ruin was just happy that no one could distract or take away his first true friend! (Apologies in advance for (A) that was really long and (B) if this isn’t what the artist interpreted. I just thought way too much into this, lol.

This is the greatest show!
Watched this a few days earlier. Came back. Kiss absolutely caught me off guard the first time I watched.
Sun running to push Moon away from the attack was a no brainer for him. Sibling love at its finest. And Sun being caught must have been detrimental to Moon as he’ll probably blame himself for not paying attention to what happened behind him and staying to see what Ruin would do.
I’m also thinking that Sun might believe that all his siblings would work together to stop whatever is happening and may still think he’s not as capable as he actually is, though he could be working on that or probably has 50/50. I will absolutely argue that’s wrong as he’s guessed who brought back Eclipse and where said animatronic’s lab was as well as other things that has helped them out before. And in the episode before Solar died, after watching their interview with Ruin many times, he picked up on the fact that Ruin was typing while he and Nexus were talking. Which proves he can pick up on small details. Emphasized by when Sun was talking about all the small things the kids would do while he took care of them in the video after Dazzle apologized and explained to Sun about her origins. I mean the guy still remembers how she liked her PB&J sandwiches!
And right now I have a bit of a stream of ideas of where this could possibly go and I am excited for where it does!

I have a very twisted interpretation on this. So bare with me here.
So the very first part was in the current moment, Sun and Moon with Eclipse there. At this point in time Ruin had the star. At the part were the curtains open (0:23), that’s a flashback. This is where Ruin tried to be himself. He wanted to fit in (especially after what canonically happened with the virus). He tried his best to hang out with Sun and Moon, but they didn’t like him getting too close, not enjoying his performances nor his passions (evident by Moon trying to leave). Then, flash back to where Ruin had the star.(0:34) He’s been infected by the star, letting the power get to his head (which is when he has the cracks in his face). Now, he felt betrayal by their lack of willingness to hang out or even talk to Ruin. He’s sick of it! Using that power, Sun, Moon, and Eclipse are now forced to watch him perform (0:41). Poor Ruin just wanted an audience. Ruin needs a “volunteer from the audience”, which in the case is Eclipse (0:47). Ruin uses the star power to bring Eclipse up to the balcony so he can finish his performance. Eclipse at first fights the star power, but he sees the deeply innocently pain expression on Ruin’s face (0:51). Eclipse plays along, feeling bad for Ruin. As Eclipse used to watch the performances Ruin did, in which Moon used to leave and Sun would go so busy work. Though Eclipse thought Ruin was being cringy, he stayed. While Ruin and Eclipse were performing, Ruin lost his footing. He started to fall off the balcony, in which Eclipse caught him. Ruin felt like he actually had a true friend. His happiness overpowered the corruption of the star (turning one of his eyes from black to white)(0:59). Ruin got up and kissed Eclipse, trying to break free of his own corrupt state more(1:00). In that moment, Eclipse got a sense of Ruin’s true feelings of abandonment and his reason for wanting the star, just to fix the hole that was left behind (1:05). Eclipse sat there and held Ruin, trying to comfort him. Then Sun yelled something to Eclipse, probably along the lines of “what are you doing?” or something. Eclipse turns around to look at Sun (1:08). Ruin gets upset, being possessive over his first friend. Ruin, in anger, had the thought process of if Sun was going to take away his first friend, Ruin should take away his. Ruin charged up a blast, aiming for Moon. Sun ran to try and warn Moon (1:17) but instead he got caught in the blast (1:21). Moon and Eclipse were both mad at Ruin (1:25), but Ruin was just happy that no one could distract or take away his first true friend!
