    Two pounds is perfect! I'm slowly learning myself what a "normal" portion is, Adam - probably one third of what I'd wolf down previously - 2 slices of pizza, one piece of garlic bread - it feels a bit special to stop BEFORE everyone else in a social situation! Haha, love how excited you are to finally be able to fit on those rides - so looking forward to that video! :)

    Keep at it Adam! It is difficult. I think human beings weren't meant to live in an abundance of food. We're biologically inclined to eat as much as we can when it's available and conserve as much energy as we can because we're programmed not to starve in a primitive society. But even 150 years ago, we were barely living into our 40's. So we were young and fit and ate what we wanted and pretty much died before we had the chance to get too overweight. It is so hard for me as well now that I'm almost in my 50's with a 10-year old son who wants burgers and pizza all the time. So, I don't think it's ever going to feel completely natural to have to stop after the 3rd slice. I mean 4th. Maybe 5th. Now there's only one left so I can't let that go to waste!
