i like to imagine that vault-tec is just a giant mass of corporate bureaucracy, with no one person really understanding how it all works, even at the highest levels.

One incestuous blob milking all of society’s wealth at the top.

Michael Esper was such a great choice to represent this vault tec introduction videos. His voice and his look kinda feels like, that he is vault boy. I hope bethesda will add him to Fallout 5, if they make another introduction videos or vault boy trailers.
