Very very nice recipe, I didn't know you can get jau dalia as well . I'll definitely try it. The only thing is i don't use ghee. Milk and milk products . You can have a mixture of coriander seeds and jaggery. Heat the jaggery then add coriander powder as much as you can bind that into, small ball. Once cooled Store in an air tight jar. Take one before every meal as soon as it melts in the mouth then have your meal. After some time it will activate your B12 naturally . Good luck . I hope it helps . It's simple but effective .
