I have a question. Do most fathers don't ever want their daughters to find love with a guy? No matter what, most fathers seem to hate it whenever their daughter has a boyfriend (even if he is a good guy). There are even shirts made for daughters that say "I'M NOT ALLOWED TO EVER DATE" and shirts made for fathers that say "DADS AGAINST DAUGHTERS DATING". There's also a lot of other shirts and merchandise made for fathers that say stuff like "Rules for dating my daughter: #1. You can't!" or "Before you date my daughter, know this: I'm a dad with a shotgun, a shovel, and a backyard." and "I'm not afraid to go to jail." I have also heard many fathers on the internet say that they hate the idea of their daughter having a boyfriend someday, and are completely against it. So it seems to me that most fathers don't ever want their daughters to date and be in a romantic relationship with a guy and get married to him someday.
I think most dad's are just protective. Especially with the way relationships are so focused around "hook ups" these days. If you watched this video, you'll know how much this dad fully embraced his new "son". We adore our daughter's husband! Greg is a quiet, sweet, gentle and kind man and has never approached our daughter's boyfriends the way you described. However, it's that quiet nature that makes the boyfriends realize he's serious about how his daughters are treated. There are really great men in this world still :D
@@sparrowsheartphotography9041 It does seem like most fathers will always hate the idea of their daughter dating and getting married someday no matter what, and it seems like they will always hate their daughter's boyfriend or husband no matter what (even if he's been proven to be a decent honest responsible guy). I heard many fathers say that they hate the idea of their daughter dating and getting married someday. So it seems like they never want their daughter to ever date or get married, and so it does seem like most fathers do want their daughters to be single for their whole life. Many of these fathers probably think that romantic relationships are a bad thing (since a lot of bad stuff can happen because of them). There are many people who think that romance is a bad thing, and they also think that humans should just get rid of the concept of romance and get rid of stuff like dating and marriage.
The camera was set up on a tripod and was originally in the perfect spot for the previous speech. Unfortunately my sweet hubby kept moving. He was nervous and wasn't thinking about where the camera was. Being the MOB, I was also a little distracted and didn't realize he kept moving till the end of the speech where you can clearly see I tried to move it. He moved again and I decided it wasn't worth the trouble to move it anymore (it was sandwiched between tables and too hard to navigate). Sometimes, you need to just be in the moment and not worry about perfection, which is what I did. My goal was to capture it for us, not for posting on TH-cam. It was only after a ton of people told us we should post it that we did so. I personally would have loved it if he had stayed in the correct spot but it is what it is. I'm just blessed to have such an amazing man that he'd be willing to do this despite his extreme nervousness about speaking in public. I'll take what I can get, lol!
That was Beautiful
This pop was funny
