Good it can help...but solve the problem you cant close your eyes and think finish identify the problem dua for help and fix it .money problem you have to work plan thsts not possible your childrens crying hungry and you trying for meditation relax its ok no thats not work until its sloved solution is must but dua allah to help you to make it easy for you
When I make dua can keep expectations frm Allah yes I do trust ALLAH swt however as here in this vid said 😅make dua and tawakkul and don't keep expectations 😅crrt me if I'm wrong..I'm learning
