I enjoyed watching this, thank you! This is actually from 1980, prior to 8/4/1980 (when Texas debuted). Never saw Beverly McKinsey on Another World but did watch Texas. It was nice seeing her so down to earth and as Ms. McKinsey and not Iris Wheeler. Jerry Lanning was correct that at that time Houston was indeed known as "boomtown, USA" I thought it was a pretty good show but sadly did not stand a chance against the phenomenal (at that time) General Hosptial on ABC and the very popular Guiding light on CBS. Sadly, it was cancelled after a couple of years.
Thank you so much. It's extremely rare to find any new Beverlee McKinsey content. What a legend.
Glad you enjoyed it!
This is why I love Miss Bev. She was so down to earth, classy and funny as hell.
Beverlee was so fabulous
This is an amazing find! Thanks for sharing.

Love this. Beautiful Beverlee but would not this be from 1980?
You're right as Texas started in the summer of 1980
My fave daytime actress
She's so pretty
Jerry Lanning is so handsome here. But man -- give Beverlee a little space! What a class acts.
