I used to live in Stirling, ADL hills, and remember a large backyard railway near Norton Summit, with a large trestle bridge near the road. Mind you, it was nearly 30 years ago, but this video rang a distant bell. Cheers.
I personally knew a lady who was not happy about her husbands railway hobby, until one of her friends pointed out than her own husband was a broke violent drunk, and the first lady should be pleased because the her husband was good to the family. I hope she got the message.🙄 Sorry for the bummer comment. Thanks for showing us a wonderful little railway.
I think that's why my wife doesn't mind when I buy new (old) machinery for the shed and materials for new projects. It is a hobby that keeps me at home and contented. When you are busy with your hobby, you are not looking for "something" else....drinking, gambling, smoking or other women.
Very cool. I would like to see some static shots of the train going by from different locations along the track. Do you also have an indoor model railway?

@@xenonozhid3383 very happy it brought back memories of that for you. Back yard railways can be fun. 👍😀

Glad you enjoyed it 👍 Yes it gets in your blood 😀 👍
Very nice, thanks for sharing.
You're welcome. Glad you enjoyed it 👍😀
A relatively short line, but looks very nice. It's still much longer than my own backyard line though. :)
Shows you don't need lots of land to have a nice railway, it's a nice little set-up 👍😊
Wonderful video

You're welcome. Railways as a hobby can be very relaxing and much better than getting drunk a lot. Glad you enjoyed the video 👍 😀

@@ricbarker4829 agreed 👍 😀
Don't have to worry too much about level crossings and other trains. Finish your drive and walk back to the house for a cuppa. What fun.
Yes, fun on your doorstep indeed. 👍😊

This railway is not mine but I have a miniature railway also at home but not an indoor model railway at this stage. 👍😄
See the old fella,George is having an EDO
🤣🤣 yes, having a rest. 👍😊
Would it be possible to preface the vid (or any of your vid's) with a snap or go around of the engine?
This might have been a T or was it another C?
This one was on a T class loco. 👍😊
What gauge is the railway?
7 1/4 inch gauge 👍😊
Smol trains
Glad you enjoyed the video 👍😊
Geez wouldn’t be qualified to drive this one now.
Lol, I think you would pick it up pretty quickly 😆 👍
