@@zav.i , physically impossible to do both simultaneously. listen to Eagles tunes. Don Henley *ONLY* plays live. youll hear the hi-hat stop during fills.
Great playing Batman. You are also making more people realise what a great and innovative drummer Ringo is, and how it just would not have been the same Beatles magical sound without him.I wonder if Ringo himself ever comes on youtube and watches these, and sees you replicate his brilliant drum tracks !! ?!
wow man, this is the most incredible and accurate drumming of this song I've ever seen, I appreciate also the new quality of the video. Btw, the pre-solo part is amazing. CONGRATULATIONS
Firsts one that nails the so difficult part ; minute 1:18 ; Ringo does what the song and singers needed to make it perfect but ; he really did so many hard fills ; and his tempo ; it’s perfect in timing
Good job, you captured the spirit of Ringo's drumming very well. I really dig how you played that bridge section. Clever in keeping the volume down of the song track, YT customs won't detect it.
I can watch that OVER and OVER! Because unless there's footage somewhere in a vault and other than Ringo shown performing it at "The Concert for George", there is none… bootleg or otherwise. So, it's great to see Ringo's AMAZING contribution to "Something" brought to life and done so masterfully. Thank you!
I just discovered you on you tube & you're absolutely amazing ! I'm not a drummer, but I love The Beatles & love to listen to note for note & beat for beat instrumentation of their music. You really capture another fascinating dimension of what Ringo applied to this super favorite Harrison classic of mine. Bravo amigo ! I gotta catch up of your other stuff now.......
This is simply a master class in tasteful & appropriate playing. As those other drummers said @ TRRHOF, “Ringo sat within the song. It’s a fu*k#ing Ringo thing!” 😃
Hey! That drum set sounds perfect!! And it's really kind from you to share that track this way. If I ever count on what it takes to record other traks, I won't forget yours. ;))
Great to see a new one from you. I was so sad when they took down all your Beatle drum videos down. (here in U.S?) I enjoyed them so much. I assume they made you take them off because they had the Beatle music playing without permission. Hopefully the powers that be won't mind the way you did it with this one (Music much lower). Maybe you could repost those older ones with the the music lower, if that's possible. They were so well done and really gave great insight into just what a fantastic drummer Ringo was/is. One last question; I always assumed that tom work in the 'Something' bridge section was an overdub. Do you agree and did you just decide to incorporate it into one whole part? Keep up the great work!
Just saw your note about the bridge section (missed it first time around). What Ringo played on the bridge is quite cool and unexpected. It's the kind of the thing you just don't see drummers do these days, thinking about drumming from a compositional sense, It gives the bridge a urgency and a textural contrast from the very sparse verses.
And Mac's bass part is very busy..and great... ....which wouldn't have worked if Ringo hadn't given him the space. In addition George's very melodic and somewhat sparse.(but genius) lead is also gives Mac the room do what he does...the bass part just kind of wraps around the lead
I always thought that the bridge part was an overdub. Many drums parts in the Beatles' songs use the "drum overdubbing" in my opinion. Great drumming in this video anyway.
Thanks for the tip.I'm sure he didn't know that was an overdub. Also he's not "trying" to play both parts he simply is playing both parts. And the cymbal crescendo overdubs. Nothing "pretty good" about it. He did great. Don't be afraid to give a fellow musician a pat on the back. Great job man, the whole thing was stellar. 👍✌️💛
1:18
do you understand that Ringo is phenomenal.
do you understand overdubs?
@@urbanfolkloreI understand, so what?
@@eduwolff the hi hat pattern was overdubbed onto the tom pattern. ringo didn't play both at the same time.

1:19 Wow!! Nailed it! Kudos to you...
The Beatles great and the drums well thanks.

BRUH YOU NAILED THE MIDDLE EIGHT PART!!!!!! CONGRATS!
Good job, you captured the spirit of Ringo's drumming very well. I really dig how you played that bridge section. Clever in keeping the volume down of the song track, YT customs won't detect it.
As a bassist, I don't usually feel the need to remark upon the looks of drum kits, but that green is absolutely gorgeous.
Ringo was a tasty drummer, It is easy to imagine this song being played many different ways Ringo isms are unique for the time and still now.
I can watch that OVER and OVER! Because unless there's footage somewhere in a vault and other than Ringo shown performing it at "The Concert for George", there is none… bootleg or otherwise. Now you all know of Ringos Stars brilliant timely excellent drumming.. And this young drummer captures Ringos feelings greatly ! 👍👍👍👌🍏🐞
Amazing job ; incredible at the bridge !!
Great work in the middle eight. Two drummers for the price of one!
Everybody is talking about minute 1:18, but what comes after is amazingly stylish, including that surprising fill at 1:58.

great drumming - kit sounds really
good
Superb!
Estudio minucioso de la obra. Ringo es un percusionista creativamente a una obra clásica de Tchaikovski.
Perfect cover! Good job! From Philippines
Yes!! So glad to see these up again. Your vids have helped me figure out some really tricky Ringo parts!
Great cover. What an awesome drum kit!
love it man... keep 'em coming
Thank you for another amazing performance. You are such an inspiration.

Excellent Cover . I really enjoyed watching this video. Keep up the great work.
I like your interpretation, well done!

Fantastic!

Wow, very nice solution on the bridge part!
You nailed it!! Keep it up..
THANK YOU for being the only guy on here doing the cymbal crescendo part
Best cover i've ever seen. i want to learn that on drums like your style. Thanks for sharing :-)
Wonderful as always Batman.
excelente!!!
Amazing!! Congratulations
Hi Nathan, Thanks very much for your comment!!
Damn this guy god
Great job!
I have just found that Ringo wasn't a drum player, He was a singer who can let drum set sing.
very good
Awesome!!
How do get such a great drum sound (recording) without Drum mics?
Very Nice!
Very So Good !
Correct ; in the fills left hand first ; the use of both hands at same time , nice use of volume ..... , and also use of towels .... great job man .
Surpreendente, magnífico!
@batmankozyy - You are a true master.
that part 1:26 ... Brilliant !!!!
nice cover

You're a star, mate!
perfect, just like Ringo's drumming.
excellent
GRACIAS BATMAN.
the bridge part is overdub
you are trying to play both parts at the same time but it wasn't how it was recorded
but you did pretty good 😉

What Yamaha model is that?
Great drumming, love the kit! how have you managed to get round the copyright issue?
Beautifully played, but imagine that he had to come up with it in the first place. :)
WELCOME BACK!
Any chance for you to reupload She Said? It was a great cover
Could you reupload your old videos without backing tracks which are blocked now?
Did really Ringo play drum like this way at Abbey Road recording?
He must be genius!
Chiar a sunat bine
can you please repost your video of She Said She Said
Came here for this, it was just great
You'd make the perfect Beatle-band with MJ Sokes
😍
Wanna join my band ur awesome dude
spanked !
Imagine Pete Best drumming here
Why don't u play the hi hat?
Mariana Taglio Because Ringo doesn’t on the song
I almost thought this was real tutorial............. Thanks for occupying two minutes of my life...
Здорово но слишком агрессивно. Напоминает скачки.
Блдь!!!!!!!! Ringo круче чем John Bonhem !!!!!!
Good but not right.
out of time all the way
Are you serious?
Sure about that?
