I'm looking for how to fill out a congressional query, it's about a U visa that was sent 5 years ago. And well, migration doesn't answer the current lawyer, they already sent something so that immigration can answer them about the update of the Case, but they don't answer. I watched a video on TikTok where they uploaded a congressional consultation in my state but I don't know how to fill it out even though the lawyers who have taken my case are from other states the request was sent I think from Louisville Kentucky by the lawyer Danny Álvarez I think he sent it The request passed away. So we filled out everything he told us as fingerprints and all that because another lawyer from Austin Texas Diego Rodriguez Law because this Lawyer was diagnosed with cancer and left the cases lying around, stealing all the money. I am currently with some lawyers in Charlotte, North Carolina, who sent paperwork to immigration to find out the update on the case, but they don't answer, I don't know what to do, we have paid a lot of money for lawyers. Could someone help me or tell me what to do, it's been five years since the U visa application was sent and my lawyers just tell me to wait. I don't have a work permit in all this time I should already have a work permit .

Best say to hell with "country in decline" u.s. and move where your fiance is and persue happiness there while you wait forever..for her visa.. better yet let her cross the mex..border with welcome gifts..u.s. is draconian in all ways
